This work explores the change management practices necessary for the successful adoption of AI- powered tools within organizations. Using an exploratory qualitative approach and grounded theory methodology, the study interviewed 10 professionals from various sectors (e.g., IT, energy, pharmaceuticals), including both implementers (e.g., project managers) and adopters (end-users) involved in AI adoption projects. The research identifies key practices and challenges for effective change management in AI contexts. Findings highlight the importance of communication, training, engagement, and organizational readiness in driving successful AI adoption. By integrating perspectives from both implementers and adopters, the study emphasized the importance of a human-centered approach that promotes active participation and support throughout the adoption process. This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on AI through a development of a framework that organizations can use to adapt their change management practices to the specific needs of AI adoption.

Abstract
This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on AI through a development of a framework that organizations can use to adapt their change management practices to the specific needs of AI adoption.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
