This article proposes a methodology for standardising building information models in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies, leveraging the concept of Level of Information Need. Current integrated BIM-LCA studies often lack robust modelling and information management practices for accurate data extraction. This proposed approach emphasises the model's purpose, translating it into specific information requirements that must be implemented for conducting integrated BIM-LCA studies.

Abstract
This article proposes a methodology for standardising building information models in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies, leveraging the concept of Level of Information Need. Current integrated BIM-LCA studies often lack robust modelling and information management practices for accurate data extraction. This proposed approach emphasises the model's purpose, translating it into specific information requirements that must be implemented for conducting integrated BIM-LCA studies.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
