Innovative start-ups and SMEs are an important engine of development in the economy capable of generating employment and new products and services. In this context, the equity crowdfunding phenomenon is gaining an increasingly relevant role as an alternative form of financing, allowing innovative companies to directly reach a large audience of investors (Feola et al., 2021). This study aims to test whether there is a relationship between firm innovativeness characteristics and levels of funding obtained by innovative startups and SMEs. The analysis was conducted using SPSS Statistics and R software to process quantitative data and implement a linear regression model.

Abstract
Innovative start-ups and SMEs are an important engine of development in the economy capable of generating employment and new products and services. In this context, the equity crowdfunding phenomenon is gaining an increasingly relevant role as an alternative form of financing, allowing innovative companies to directly reach a large audience of investors (Feola et al., 2021). This study aims to test whether there is a relationship between firm innovativeness characteristics and levels of funding obtained by innovative startups and SMEs. The analysis was conducted using SPSS Statistics and R software to process quantitative data and implement a linear regression model.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
