Objectives: Inflammation is a vital response to injury or infection but can lead to diseases if chronic. Natural remedies like plant extracts present potential alternatives to synthetic drugs, offering efficacy with fewer side effects. This st udy explores the anti-inflammatory and wound healing properties of the aqueous extract of Moringaoleifera(AEMO)usingvariousanimalmodels. Methods: AEMO was evaluated in xylene-induced ear edema, carrageenan-induced paw edema, w ound healing, and cotton pelletgranulomamodels. Key Findings: In the carrageenan model, AEMO demonstrated significant dose-dependent reductions in paw edema (P < .001), with the 350mg/kgdoseachieving94.4%inhibition,comparabletodiclofenac.Similarly,inthecottonpelletmodel,AEMOsignificantlyreducedgranuloma weight at higher doses. The xylene model confirmed AEMO’s efficacy, with doses of 175 mg/kg and 350 mg/kg showing reductions in ear edema comparable to diclofenac. In the wound healing model, AEMO accelerated wound closure in a dose-dependent manner, with the 60% AEMO group achieving complete healing by Day 10. Biochemical and hematological analyses showed reductions in inflammatory markers such as ALP, C-reactive protein,andWBC,supportingtheanti-inflammatorypotentialofAEMO. Conclusions: These findings suggest that AEMO exhibits potent anti-inflammatory and wound healing properties, making it a promising natural alternative to conventional treatments like d iclofenac. Further research is warranted to e xploreitspotentialclinicalapplications
