Emphasizing lifelong learning and digital competence, it underscores the need for targeted strategies to enhance employee performance and resilience. The findings suggest that adopting Industry 5.0 principles can strengthen public sector capabilities, ensuring adaptability and competitiveness in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
