The essay analyses Antonio da Sangallo il Giovane and Baldassarre Peruzzi's attitude in planning minor buildings according to the Early modern language, through the study of theoretical and practical drawings. The two architects address the theme by reasoning on different ways of declining the scheme of the living unit through the insertion of palatial architecture features. Subsequently, it will be examined whether and how the themes proposed for the individual house are applied to the entire block.
