This article deals with the red-varnished faliscan bowls characterized by inscriptions. The first part analyzes some aspects linked with the production and gives indications about their chronology and distribution, while the last part concerns sigla and inscriptions, providing an update to the published documentation. The aim of this work is to understand the meaning of these symbols and to investigate the choice of the red-varnished bowls as vectors of inscribed messages.
