Level of Sustainability: Procedure HBIM a confronto per la sostenibilità

HBIM offers a promising solution, providing a framework for systematizing building data and enabling detailed simulations. By introducing the concept of sustainability as a balance between environmental and social factors, this research explores the potential of HBIM in enhancing heritage value. Through a comparative analysis of various case studies, the study investigates the impact of geometric and informational modeling on the accuracy of sustainability assessments.

La tensione tra le istanze estetico-testimoniali e le necessità energetiche degli edifici tutelati costituisce un nodo cruciale irrisolto. In questo contesto i processi HBIM dimostrano un'elevata capacità di sistematizzare le informazioni, consentono simulazioni nonché analisi delle relazioni tra l'esistente e le proposte progettuali. Introducendo il concetto sostenibilità, la ricerca qui presentata affronta questa tematica in relazione a diversi casi studio suddivisi in macrocategorie, ponendo l’attenzione sulle differenze nell’impostazione di modelli HBIM, con l’obiettivo di indagare l'impatto della modellazione geometrica e informativa sull’accuratezza dei calcoli ai fini della sostenibilità.
