Abstract
The swift socio-economic transformations pose significant challenges for labor law and industrial relations. Collective bargaining, with its inherent flexibility, holds the potential to address these challenges, also for workers employed through digital platforms, a category marked by limited collective protections and constant exposure to automated systems. The essay, through a sharp critique of the Platform Work Directive and the AI Act, advocates for innovative approaches to collective bargaining and stronger, more genuine engagement of trade unions and workers.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
