Tra ‘correzione’ e ‘sostituzione’. Sulla filosofia della religione di Heidegger

Although the Italian reception of Heideggerian philosophical-religious thought has mainly focused on its relationship with Christianity, the way Heidegger poses the classical problem of the relationship between philosophy and religion appears particularly promising. From a reconsideration of the concept of Korrektion, elaborated in the famous lecture on Phenomenology and Theology in 1927, it is possible to derive a mutually beneficial theory of ‘distance’ between philosophy and religion, provided that a twofold correction is applied to the Heideggerian model: a) the relationship is biunivocal, in the sense that philosophy also needs a ‘corrective’ from religion; b) the idea of an «existentiell opposition» between philosophy and faith has to be recognized as a metabasis eis allo genos.
