Dalla cucina alla mensa attraverso una lettura dei contesti ceramici di Cencelle (VT)

The the paper focuses on the functional analysis of the different ceramic classes found within a residential context of Cencelle (VT), to reconstruct the daily gestures related to the preparation, preservation, and enjoyment of food. A tale scopo sono state studiate le percentuali di rinvenimento delle diverse classi, le relative morfologie e i probabili utilizzi. Based on what emerged, a synthesis reading was then proposed that would frame the variety of shapes and functions identified, the possible relationships between the different ceramic classes, the analysis of absences and the variety of food prepared in Cencelle.
