Malte e finiture in Abruzzo nei restauri dopo il terremoto del 2009: contributi per un bilancio

The role of mortars in buildings affected by the 2009 earthquake and the results of the restorations carried out, as regards plastering finishes, stuccoing and painting. The contribution highlights the lack of consideration of historical plasters, often eliminated and replaced, both to highlight the stratified character of the buildings, altering their consistency in an inappropriate manner, and to mask structural interventions on the walls.

Il ruolo delle malte negli edifici colpiti dal sisma del 2009 e i risultati dei restauri realizzati, per quanto riguarda finiture intonacate, stuccature, tinteggiature. Il contributo evidenzia la scarsa considerazione degli intonaci storici, spesso eliminati e sostituiti, sia per porre in luce il carattere stratificato degli edifici, alterandone la consistenza in maniera impropria, sia sia per mascherare interventi strutturali sulle murature.
