Perspicere. Balli, films e maquette: movimenti di apertura

In the territory of the project there is a blood relationship between the arts of the body, cinematography and architecture. An intersection of material and immaterial devices to anticipate the future, to read the ‘real’ and register it with the ‘imaginary’. It is no coincidence that the dictionary with which the designers work continually refers to the dialectic of casting forward: project, prefiguration, process; and of dividing the stages, designating, destiny or direction. The words-sounds-images of dance and architecture, as summarised by the etymon of cinema, kinema, move us in and out, are journeys, are visions. In an oblique look, the contribution intends to focus on what binds the practices of the body connected to the viewing instrument of trance, films as dreams and the drawing-model of architecture as a tool “for seeing”. In the frame of prefiguration, in the moment in which projects are born and emerge, it is possible to cross and unite the three disciplines in the field through devices that allow, more than to control, to perspicere.
