Il sepolcreto della chiesa della Beata Vergine Annunciata in Cà Granda a Milano. Proposta di un nuovo modello di ricostruzione storica

The Cà Granda contains an impressive archaeological, anthropological and biomedical deposit dated to XVII century, which is related to the historical documents of the hospital. It’s therefore a context of extreme complexity, which requires an interdisciplinary approach. The project starts from the excavation methodology and aims to collect archaeological, anthropological and scientific data, integrating them with historical sources. All these data will be digitalized into an experimental online platform, FAITH, owned by the University of Milan, which will relate them in order to identify the links and reconstruct the profile of the population that has left evidence of himself in the biological archive of the Cà Granda.
