In regard to subject-matters (of legal regulation) with a strong technical character, the knowledge offered from the hard sciences is, on the rational level, an indefectible premise for the elaboration of lawmaking approaches. The problems of modernity, the resolution of the problems - including legal ones - that modernity creates, require a criterion for evaluation and confrontation which is no longer solely multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary, but shaped according to the paradigm of transdisciplinariness, which prevents the interpreter from evading the problem or committing semantic transgressions.
