Abstract
Besides the recognition of the value of the ancient urban fabric, it is suitable to encourage appropriate conservation activities for the historical heritage, in order to increase sustainability in planning processes. The starting point is the analysis of urban transformations over the centuries that, together with the observation of the socio-urban phenomena currently in progress, could lead to the definition of mitigation strategies against climate change. This paper provides an overview of the Geomatics methods that can support the research activity; from satellite remote sensing using UAV photogrammetry, to thermal remote sensing, the management of digital products deriving from acquisitions could be performed within a GISBIM geodatabase. It could also include statistical analysis to verify the correlation between historical heritage-climatic conditions-citizens and to develop research in a participatory perspective, giving voice to citizens.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
