An eighteen-year-old female was admitted after a motorbike accident with lower-back pain and severe hypertension. Computed tomography angiography (CTA) showed an abdominal aortic pseudoaneurysm (panel A, arrows) causing severe stenosis of the aorta and visceral arteries (panel A). Elective open surgical repair was performed via thoraco-phreno-laparotomy, using a mini-extracorporeal circulation. Vessels were reconstructed using a homemade branched Dacron-knitted Silver prosthesis (Lemaitre, Germany), followed by stepwise revascularization of celiac trunk, superior mesenteric and left renal artery with Dacron branches and the right renal Artery with a Polytetrafluoroethylene -graft (panel B). The postoperative course was uneventful, and all grafts remained patent.

Abstract
The postoperative course was uneventful, and all grafts remained patent.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
