The research develops and validates the Perceived Remote Workplace Environment Quality Indicators, a tool for assessing home workspaces' quality. The study shows that higher environmental comfort improves psychological need satisfaction (autonomy, competence, relatedness), fostering stronger place attachment and better work engagement. PRWEQIs provide insights for optimizing remote work environments, enhancing worker satisfaction and productivity. The research also extends understanding of remote work's impact on emotional connections to workspaces.
