The Author investigates the profiles of the Cartabia reform that affect the scope of the judgment of legitimacy. In particular, the focus is on the preliminary reference to the Court of Art. 363- bis c.p.c. and the cassation appeal against the new measures on persons, juveniles and families.
L’A. indaga i plurimi profili della riforma Cartabia che incidono sull’ambito del giudizio di legittimità.
