Aims. We must pay attention to character formation of Medical Doctors because it could build a good or bad relationship with the colleagues and the patient: it is not a merely "humanistic" goal but a necessary component of professional excellence. The first endpoint of this study is to identify how to improve the quality of the outdoor visit. Materials and Methods. We tested a questionnaire friendly-user, distributed to 100 patients. Results and Conclusions. The most important indications given to the physicians by their patients are: 1. the patient suffers when perceive MD's hurry; 2. the patient would continue to meet the same doctor in later time; 3. the MD must try to be empathetic; 4. the patient enjoys a good collaboration with the rest of the équipe; 5. the patient enjoy the elegance of the MD; 6. the patient prefer to known the whole diagnosis.
