La comunicazione nella ricerca archeologica e storica: una riflessione teorica

Archaeology can be an instrument to communicate history, material culture, art, the existence and consistency of individual and collective memory; it can communicate also the role of archaeologists in the process of recomposing the space-time categories. This theoretical reflection is aimed at analyzing the various approaches used by researchers to communicate archaeological issues since last century, as influenced by historical events (wars, colonization and de-colonization) and technological advances, overcoming rhetoric, propaganda and ideological prejudice.
