Il movimento Critique du droit in Francia, visto dall’Italia

The essay focuses on the Critique du droit movement, active in France for about a decade starting from the mid-1970s. The genesis, the evolution and the crisis of the movement are reviewed and, in particular, its theoretical assumptions and practical developments are analysed. Finally, the movement in question is compared with the movement on the «alternative use of law» active in the same years in Italy, in order to highlight their similarities and differences.
