In this paper, the results of a measurement campaign of UV solar radiation, carried out with different broadband radiometers and a precision spectrometer, are shown, described and analyzed. The parameters measured by the considered devices are relevant for the evaluation of human exposure to UV solar radiation. From the obtained results, it was possible to characterize the deviations between the measurements obtained by the broadband radiometers and those obtained by the precision spectrometer. The measurement results were analyzed globally and for each individual radiometer. Through the analysis, it was possible to identify a procedure for a sort of calibration of the broadband radiometers, based on the determination of corrective factors, with which to adjust the results of the measurements in order to obtain very precise estimates of the amount of the exposure.
