There have been many substantial changes in public law over recent years. The main transformation lays in the growing importance of the supranational context. Constitutional and administrative law, traditionally connected with national contexts, have become supranational. The influence of EU law on national legislations and administrations has been enhanced from the 1980s. Global governance is something that has gained more and more space over these years. This transformation has brought about numerous consequences. These conclusions – and the present volume – underline three of them. First, the extraordinary enhancement of a new challenge for public law: how public powers can cope with the growing power that private companies and entities have gained in the global arena. Second, the rise of common values in European law and the role of the comparative method in strengthening the convergence between different national legal orders. Third, new teaching approaches.

Abstract
Third, new teaching approaches.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
