La composición negociada de la crisis de las empresas en Italia

This is an article of reflection that aims to show part of the bankruptcy reform to which the Italian legal system has been subjected, as a consequence of the need to adapt to the new realities and global crises that inevitably involve it. It highlights the effort of the Italian legislator to provide a legal response to overcome the crisis of companies from a vision of prevention and early reaction in order to avoid falling into extreme ratio procedures such as judicial liquidation and thus preserve business sustainability
