In this paper we prove well-posedness results for a parabolic p-curl system on a three-dimensional bounded extension domain. In view of the numerical approximation, we investigate the asymptotic behavior of the solutions to suitable approximating problems. Crucial tools are a Stokes formula and a Gaffney inequality for extensions domains.
