This paper intends to be a presentation of the work being carried on in view of the critical edition of the Arabic version of the Apocalypse of Paul (= ArApP). It deals with the main perspectives ofthe editorial work: the present results of the recensio (finding out ofthe mss., at the moment mainly through the examination of the catalogues); the evidence of a preliminary edition of two distinct recensions from two mss. (Bibliotheque Nationale, Par. ar. 5072, and Bibliotheque Nationale, Par.ar.4874); and finally, the main desiderata.
