Gig economy. «old wine in a new bottle»?

This reflection is intended to highlight that the general objective of flexibilising the world of work remains a priority in the determination of public policies, even in those countries that were once oriented towards forms of capitalism more attentive to social rights. Emergencies, most recently the health crisis, have not represented moments of rupture, but rather of acceleration of certain dynamics. Initiatives ostensibly intended to guarantee an improvement in workers' conditions, then, when observed more closely, confirm the tendency to recognise mere 'minimum rights'.
