The first results of the excavation activities on the north-eastern slope of the Palatine Hill are presented here. During the first six campaigns (2017-2022) of the research project, it was possible to collect data on the last phases of occupation of the area. After an historical and archaeological overview of the site, the paper focuses on what happened following the abandonment of the structures in the Imperial Age and the end of the productive activities that had taken place there in Late Antiquity. The stratigraphic sequence and relative dating materials are then reviewed, proposing a reconstruction of the most recent periods (16th - 19th century) identified.
