Il giudice tributario robot

In light of the Prodigit guidelines, it is difficult that the project will land on a predictive tax justice model under which the court ruling be entirely algorithmic (or automatic) based on the prevailing case law. Nor such a model would be coherent with the tax trial system provided for in Legislative Decree no. 546/92.

Alla luce delle linee di intervento del progetto Prodigit è difficile ipotizzare che l’approdo consista in un modello di giustizia tributaria predittiva nel quale la decisione del giudice risulti interamente algoritmizzata (o automatica) in funzione della prassi giurisprudenziale. Né un tale modello sarebbe coerente al vigente sistema processual-tributario di cui al D.Lgs. n. 546/1992.
