This proposal is in the line of the Studies on “Linguistic Landscape” (LL, Landry and Bouhris, 1997) and aims to outline a discursive-based model of analysis for identifying the frames constructed around the Spanish language in the communicative signs present in the city of Rome. To do so, we combine the “territorial” instruments of LL with the cognitiveenunciative approach of the Theory of Frame (Fillmore, 1976; Gallardo-Paúls, 2014).
