New additions to the flora of the Cilento and Campania region - Phytogeographic notes, which are the results, of a research carried out from 2000 to 2004 of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park, are discussed. 48 entities are recorded; among these 7 are new to the Campania region: Asperula aristata subsp. oreophila, Calicotome infesta, Carex pallescens, Deschampsia caespitosa, Orobanche teucrii, Rosa squarrosa, Veronica prostrata subsp. prostrata. The occurence of 5 taxa (Carduus micropterus subsp. perspinosus, Holcus mollis, Parapholis strigosa, Trifolium ligusticum, Vicia loiseleurii) is confirmed for the Campania region. 29 taxa are new to the Flora of Cilento (among these Arabis glabra, Malus florentina, Ophioglossum vulgatum, Psudolysimachion barrelieri subsp. barrelieri, Rosa spinosissima, R. subcollina, Schoenus nigricans) and 7 entities are confirmed for this area.
