This paper addresses the issue of target kinematic parameters extraction in dual baseline Forward Scatter Radar (FSR) configuration under the assumption that the target follows a linear trajectory. For this purpose, the time delay between the signals acquired by a FSR system comprising two different receivers and the estimate of the main target signal parameters (i.e. Doppler rate and its derivative) are jointly exploited. The proposed technique is firstly tested against synthetic data and then is applied to experimental passive FSR data: the obtained results confirm the feasibility and the effectiveness of the considered approach.

Abstract
