When analyzing the mobility impacts for preparing the Corporate Social Responsibility report (CSR), the mobility manager can consider various stakeholders such as employees, the community, and the company. The current study aimed to calculate the costs and benefits caused by the systematic mobility of employees in terms of community. External transport costs include accident costs, air pollution, climate change (CO2), congestion costs, noise pollution costs, well-to-tank emissions costs and costs of habitat damage. In this paper, by using several formulas, we calculated the unitary cost (euros per kilometer) of air pollution (NOx, CO, PM10), climate change (CO2), and administrative management and medical costs related to accidents by considering systematic mobility of employees and different modes of transport (private cars, motorcycles, bicycles, public transportation, and walking). In addition, we calculated the benefits from fuels, benefits from purchasing a vehicle (car/motorcycle/bicycle), benefits from tolls, benefits from monetary fines, and benefits from car insurance in euros per kilometer.
