This paper presents a Last-mile-logistic Platform for multi-companies within urban areas. The problem of LML affects cities and urban environment. It is responsible of relevant rate of urban externalities, and economical development, at the same time. The presented PL provides a solution able to merge within one platform several companies in order to study interactions among themselves and with respect the city. For these purposes, several tools have been developed and presented to provide a general framework overview and highlights. The advantage of this PL is to unify the whole LML process within the same framework. Thus, the platform improves communication among the roles that are involved into, which have different needs. The presented paper provides descriptions of tools to create a network, divide it into clusters, configure companies, manage company supply and demand, and get solution of vehicle routing problem.

Abstract
