Sacro e profano. Ricomporre una miscellanea grammaticale altomedievale (Par. lat. 13025 + Par. lat. 14087 + Par. lat. 1750, ff. 29-40)

This article offers a new textual and codicological reconstruction of the grammatical and glossographical collection witnessed by the mss. Par. lat. 13025 + 14087. In contrast to the received view, the last quire of Par. lat. 14087, which contains Priscian’s Institutio, did not belong originally to this manuscript. The miscellany was completed by two works of biblical exegesis, namely Iunilius’Instituta regularia, which is still preserved in ff. 29-40 of Par. lat. 1750, and Eucherius’ Formulae, as confirmed by the collation with the ms. Firenze, Biblioteca Medicea Laurenziana, S. Marco 38. This manuscript, a well-known apograph of Par. lat. 13025 as for Pompeius’ commentary on Donatus, turns out to be an apograph of Iunilius’ Instituta regularia in Par. Lat. 1750 as well.
