Abstract
The article analyze the “perspective” and the “afterimage” effects on the contemporary city structure, and spaces. Assuming that the “perspective” can be teorical-semantical cognitive model, we can use an ancient but well-known method as tool for analysis and to read/interpret reality and urban spaces. Form this interpretation comes a new design approach to the city composition, that bend the tradition into a contemporary paradigm. The analysis of the ve examples done shows the theoretical evolution form the Palladio to Hejduk way to build new cities images, and how this image can change the way people perceive the space, and the urban structure itselfs. This examination shows how the “perspective” structure evolves its form Palladio’s theater linear structure into a Hejduk’s cinema Maze model; the Hejudk’s borgesian approach represents the best example of how to relate the new city systems whit the traditional perspective spatial construction.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
