This article analyses the online anti-vaccination discourse in Italy and France, in the background of the Covid-19 pandemic. Starting from the textual content analysis of the anti-vaccines discourse on Twitter, especially under the lexical and semantic profile, the goal is to reconstruct the narrative’s founding elements, references, and recurrent themes. The choice of a comparative analysis between the two countries helps to outline affinities, discontinuities, and convergences among two different realities, enriching the study and understanding of the phenomenon
