Abstract
The courtyard of honour of Palazzo Madama, seat of the Italian Senate, was built in the XVII cent. by Paolo Marucelli. The research analyses its history, with a focus on the design process that led to its actual shape. The integration of multidisciplinary tools, such as the stratigraphies of the plasters, the photogrammetric survey, and the study of the historic sources, guarantees an adequate knowledge of the building, providing the basis for the restauration project.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
