The study is part of the research conducted by prof. Antonio Pugliano aimed at enhancing urban areas through «territorial and urban museum itineraries». The next 2025 Jubilee offers the opportunity to study ways of enjoying the city of Rome from a religious point of view examining with special attention the medieval historiographical sector. The itineraries, adapted in order to be enjoyed to the current city, are developed through the creation of thematic maps, planned for management in a Geographic Information System. A series of significant buildings have been selected for the narration, enhanced through the documentation which will be presented to visitors through digital media, and for which some components will be restored to guarantee the safety of the places. The proposed itineraries aim at promoting sustainable mobility by integrating pedestrian routes with the urban transport network and want to encourage the deployment of environmental islands.

Abstract
The proposed itineraries aim at promoting sustainable mobility by integrating pedestrian routes with the urban transport network and want to encourage the deployment of environmental islands.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
