State and private individuals in employment: framework and actors of a model that is actually unconstitutional – The aim of the essay is to discuss the role of the state in the world of work. In particular, it is intended to deny that the processes of flexibilisation are the result of a retreat of the state. They have come about thanks to a powerful intervention by the state, which through neo-liberal policies has begun to favour big business. This is probably connect with the EU impositions which is closely linked to the neo-liberal capitalistic model.

Abstract
