Programmazione economica e organizzazione territoriale. PNRR, nuove strategie e strumenti per città inclusive, sostenibili e resilienti

The National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) approved by the Italian Government under the Next Generation EU, with the aim of mitigating the impact of the social and health crisis and overcoming the technological gap that separates Italy from the more advanced European countries, through a coherent package of measures covering various aspects of the physical, social and economic-productive structure of our country, in the current disciplinary debate, the need to entrust to an innovative system of strategies and planning tools, the task of territorialising the measures and investments envisaged, associating territorial organisation with economic planning. In this reference framework, the contribution reconsiders the ability of urban planning tools to involve and interact the different actors and disciplinary contributions in decision-making processes with the aim of enhancing Community resources, to make contemporary cities and territories truly inclusive, sustainable and resilient, and to affect the evolutionary process of the discipline.
