Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy allows vibrational contrast mechanism for imaging with high spectral and spatial resolution along with three-dimensional sectioning. In this paper, taking advantage of a SRS vibrational contrast, a fully 3D volume reconstruction of lipids droplets distribution in adipocyte cells is demonstrated.

Abstract
Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy allows vibrational contrast mechanism for imaging with high spectral and spatial resolution along with three-dimensional sectioning. In this paper, taking advantage of a SRS vibrational contrast, a fully 3D volume reconstruction of lipids droplets distribution in adipocyte cells is demonstrated.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
