Given a subset X of a group G, how to construct a maximum set of pairwise disjoint right translates of X? Under which conditions such a set is a partition of G? In general, to answer to these questions seems to be a very difficult task. In this paper, in order to stimulate research on this topic, we generalize some results obtained in [2] for the cyclic case.
