The paper analyses a single case study whose distinctive peculiarities are sintable with a diagnosis ofPAS (Parental Alienation Syndrome). The parental alienation, as we see, is the extreme result of theinvolvement of children in parental conflict. Such behaviour is systematically acted without good reason. It is very important that the forensic psychologist, when convocated by the judge to evaluatethe parental skills of the couple under judicial separation, has clear the characteristics of parental alienation and acts trying to reduce conflict. Paying more attention to the parent-child bond and reducing the risk of parental alienation development.
