This paper presents an overview of the use of digital tools in citizen participation in the frame of adaptive and multi-scale management of resilient city. The investigation is looking for a common scheme of re-mediation in technology's use or a revolution in potential. Moving from the planetary boundary emergency, this study wants to investigate experiences of design and management of resilient city. Starting from a historical review of Smart City criticisms until the most recent European experience of Smart City and Community to looking for the role of digital tools in contemporary city development. The final goal will be define in which way the so called Maker Movement by ICT tools, open design and citizen science practices can improve a resiliente city co-design and participate into the bottom up revolution of smart citizens. A practical application will be presented by the “Digital Mile” Campus pilot project in Zaragoza.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
