Direito à saúde e a segurança do entregador de aplicativos à luz da nova lei 14.297/2022

With technological advances and the precariousness of work, the rights to health and safety of workers are being disrespected, which has worsened with the coronavirus pandemic (Sars-CoV-2). The category that works in digital delivery platforms is one of the most affected in this situation, so rights must be recognized and applied to these workers, which led to the creation of Law 14,297/22. This article analyzes this law and other aspects of the reality of the riders, to verify the rights conferred on them, and the challenges that still need to be achieved.
