We are first of all pleased to have allowed us to comment on the Letter to the editor regarding our paper entitled “Endoscopic surgical treatment for rhinogenic contact point headache: systematic review and meta-analysis” [1]. As it seems clear, we conducted a meta-analysis study to evaluate the symptomatological improvements obtained after surgical treatment for rhinogenic headache [1], comparing the results reported with a control group treated with medical therapy. Although the topic has recently been introduced among the pathologies of ICHD-3, more and more recent articles in the literature also from prospective studies and randomized clinical trials have analyzed this interesting and debated topic, including thousands of patients identified and treated for rhinogenic contact point headache

Abstract

We are first of all pleased to have allowed us to comment on the Letter to the editor regarding our paper entitled “Endoscopic surgical treatment for rhinogenic contact point headache: systematic review and meta-analysis” [1].
