As it seems clear, we conducted a meta-analysis study to evaluate the symptomatological improvements obtained after surgical treatment for rhinogenic headache [1], comparing the results reported with a control group treated with medical therapy. Although the topic has recently been introduced among the pathologies of ICHD-3, more and more recent articles in the literature also from prospective studies and randomized clinical trials have analyzed this interesting and debated topic, including thousands of patients identified and treated for rhinogenic contact point headache
