Os desafios para garantia do direito de greve no teletrabalho: análise comparada entre Brasil e Itália

The social distancing caused by the COVID-19 anticipated trends and accelerated changes in the performance of activities in the corporate environment, with the increased use of the home office being one of these consequences. This type of service provision has generated impacts on the union movement, such as the impossibility of holding pickets, which are fundamental as a means of persuasion and protection of employees who choose to participate in the strike. Hence the importance of this study, whose scope is the detailed analysis of the right to strike in pandemic times, an institute that should be protected through an update of the legal system, in order to grant greater effectiveness to the rights already provided for the Brazilian and the Italian labor standards. As for the methodological aspects, the present study will be elaborated through a legislative and bibliographic review of Brazil and Italy, using qualitative criteria.
