Recently, the proposals for the tax justice reform of parliamentary source proposed in some bills of "senatorial" source have been presented. Some of these proposals are dedicated only to the rite, others to the only legal profile, others to both profiles. This contribution aims to analyze the critical issues related to the salient points of the aforementioned proposals, namely the methods of recruiting tax judges through competition, the establishment of the tax section of the Court of Cassation, the figure of the honorary tax magistrate and the role of the monocratic judge; the establishment of a self-governing body of the tax judiciary. Finally, with regard to the rite, we focus on the relationships between the proposed disciplines and the landings received by the “Della Cananea” Commission.
